Kylie Davis - Founder
Real Content was founded by real estate marketing and journalism expert, Kylie Davis, who saw a need for quality articles and information about the property industry for use by real estate agents and mortgage brokers.
Kylie is recognised internationally as a thought leader on content marketing, the property industries and proptech.
She has had a 25-year career working as a senior editor at The Sydney Morning Herald and Sun-Herald and News Corp, where she was the Network Editor of Real Estate, managing a team of 50 journalists and editors across more than 100 newspapers and websites nationally.
This media experience has been backed by four-and-a-half years working as Head of Real Estate and Content Marketing at CoreLogic, Australia's largest provider of property data and analytics.
Kylie has an MBA from the University of NSW and is the author of seven landmark reports on customer experience and technology in real estate.
She is the co-found of proptech startup HomePrezzo, on the board of PIPA (Property Investment Professionals Australia) and an advisor to Cribz.ai and the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
