Everyone is talking about Tay Tay getting married – even in real estate circles.
The mega-songstress has an awesome reputation for loving and buying property – and it’s no surprise property writers have been playfully wondering about the location and magnificence of the marital home she’ll share with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
If you’re not really following this romance, then you might have left the planet on a rocket ship or resisted every attempt of social media to put photos of the loving couple on your screen.
Realtor.com has had some fun with trying to figure out Tay Tay’s next real estate move – because, let’s face it, is hubby really going to get a say?
So, the first thing to note is Realtor.com’s observation that Travis popped the question in his own $6 million Kansas sprawl.
After she said “yes”, the website smashed its own database to find properties that Tay Tay might consider, so long as the owner has mown the front lawn, decluttered and depersonalised the home – just like every good agent says to do!
In Taylor Swift’s home state of Pennsylvania, there’s a $10.9 million mansion about an hour’s drive away from where she grew up in West Reading. It’s a 12,500-square-foot palace with marble floors and Baccarat chandeliers – basically, it’s the real deal.
Among the other properties that Realtor.com suggested was an $18 million pile in Hunting Valley, Ohio. Do we really need to describe it? It’s huuuuge!
The most expensive is on Discovery Peak Ct in Las Vegas – a snip for $27 million. It’s at “The Summit” with a view across a Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course. Its features are a mile long and include an infinity-edge pool and raised waterfall spa. It’s also got a firepit.
Tay Tay will know the value of a firepit because she understands property. She has reportedly bought eight homes across four states since her first purchase as a young singer in Nashville.
Forbes estimates she has a property portfolio valued at $150 million.
More significantly for her fans, though, is that Tay Tay has 14 Grammys – and that’ll count for a lot more.
