She’s meticulously prepared her beautiful home in San Francisco, and it looks like it will be sold in just a few weeks. The five-storey 1912 mansion was priced at $11.75 million, which should give her a sweet profit, having bought in 2020 for $8.3 million. The final sale price hasn’t been released.
The five-bedroom, 6,315sq home is in Presidio Heights and enjoys views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Presidio, a national park and attraction for residents and tourists.
If it’s views you love, you’d be hard-pressed to better those offered by a three-bedroom oceanside home in Malibu that Catwoman actor Halle Berry has just put on the market.
