Make sure you have a mix of print, digital and social media that will be attractive to the type of buyer you want to attract. Ask your agent to explain to you the campaign logic and show you any data they may have on who they will target and its success for other sellers.

Make sure your property is looking spick and span when the photographer visits and think visually when you are making decisions about how best to present your home.
